Ordering Process

  • Visit www.shivnerimangoes.com.au and select your city from the dropdown menu on the homepage.

  • Check if delivery is currently available in your city. This information is updated on the top banner of the website.

  • There are two types of orders: Nearest Pick Up Point Orders and Home Delivery.

  • For Pick Up Point Orders, use the 'Add to Bag' option. After selecting the pickup point from the dropdown, you can collect your order upon receiving confirmation from Shivneri Mangoes.

  • For Home Delivery, contact Shivneri Mangoes via WhatsApp Chat before placing the order through the website. Due to high demand, home delivery is only available in select regions. Check for delivery charges before placing the order. You can also SMS at +61452434693 or email at info@shivnerimangoes.com.au.

  • After payment is received, your order will be confirmed.

  • Updates will be shared on the email provided during checkout. Ensure the email is correct as it will be used for communication purposes. Save this email as you will need it while collecting your order. If you don’t receive an email confirmation after placing your order, contact info@shivnerimangoes.com.au.

Product Availability

  • After placing your order, the expected arrival timeframe of mangoes to your pickup point will be communicated via email. This may take several days and in rare circumstances, it may vary by a week. If there is a delay beyond the predetermined timeframe, you will be informed.

Pick Up

  • Shivneri Mangoes team notifies customers via email when mangoes are ready for pickup at the selected store.

  • Orders must be picked up within 2 days of the 'Ready to Pickup' notification during store hours. Shivneri Mangoes is not responsible for mango quality if not picked up within this timeframe. No replacements or refunds are provided for any damage during transit.

  • Please note that fruit size can fluctuate significantly throughout the season. The weight range provided serves as a general reference. Fruit weight can vary and it may also decrease during transit depending upon the rate of ripening. It may lose up to 5% of its initial weight. The count is determined by the maximum number of fruits that can be packed safely in the box without risking damage to mangoes.

Failure to Pick Up Order

  • If mangoes are not collected within two days, orders will be canceled without refund. Shivneri Mangoes is not liable for incorrect email communication.

Failure in Order Fulfillment by Shivneri Mangoes

  • If Shivneri Mangoes cannot provide mangoes to customers due to some inevitable circumstance then, a full refund will be issued for any payments made.

Spongy Tissue in Alphonso Mangoes

  • Alphonso Mangoes are highly susceptible to environmental fluctuations and possess a genetic issue known as 'Spongy tissue.' This condition manifests as soft, mushy patches within the fruit's flesh. Despite efforts to detect spongy tissue, occasional occurrences remain a challenge in Alphonso Mango cultivation. Due to the perishable nature of mangoes and their limited shelf life, no refunds or replacements are possible.

Cancellation Policy

  • If customers want to cancel their order, they need to send an order cancellation request via the email id used while placing the order to info@shivnerimangoes.com.au. The order cancellation request needs to include the relevant order number and the customer's contact number.

  • Orders cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order will receive a 100% refund. No refund will be provided if the cancellation request is received 48 hours after the order is placed.
